I was wondering if a US Certification in Nursing is the same as the Australian Assistant in Nursing Certification? And if a US Certification can be transferred to Australia or if a class would have to be took?

AHPRA is the registering body for Australian nurses of all kinds. I would recommend you send them and email so you receive the correct advice.
